PRINCE ALBERT CASINO VENTURES (PACV) refers to the 50/50 partnership formed between Peter Ballantyne Developments and the Prince Albert Development Corporation for the development of the Northern Lights Casino located in Prince Albert. PACV entered into a long-term lease with Peter Ballantyne Land Holdings Ltd. for the property. In turn, PACV developed the casino and leased it to the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA). The Northern Lights Casino is the most successful SIGA operated casino in the province. WEST WIND AVIATION - Prince Albert Development Corporation owns a 25.5% interest in West Wind Aviation, the largest air charter business operating in Saskatchewan. West Wind Aviation provides air charter services to clients in the mining, outfitting, medical, government and corporate sectors. West Wind Aviaion operates a fleet of seventeen aircraft, ranging in capacity from four to fourty-seven passengers.www.westwindservices.com DAKOTA DUNES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - Prince Albert Development Corporation owns a 16.5% interest in the Dakota Dunes Golf & Country Club. Other partners in the development include Kitsaki Management (16.5%), Whitecap Dakota First Nation (33%), and Muskeg Lake First Nation (33%). The golf course and country club is currently under construction and scheduled to open in the spring of 2003. Dakota Dunes Golf & Country Club will be Saskatchewan's first true links 18-hole golf course located just a few minutes south of the City of Saskatoon on Whitecap Dakota lands. |
